Ingredients: Black tea pu-er (shou), pistachios, flavoring, rose petals.
Origin: Yunnan, China
Flavor Profile: Strong, spicy, and earthy. The excellent nutty flavor of pistachios shines. Fermentation occurs for around 60 days.
One ounce of tea yields about 15-18 8 oz cups of tea.
Water temperature full boil for 4-5 minutes.
For long term storage store in a tea tin or an air tight container.

Linda and her family are the most kind and welcoming people ever and their love for tea is infectious. I no longer live in the area, and not being near the tea store is one of the saddest parts about that.

The spices in this tea are fragrant and strong, but not overly strong. It's perfectly balanced between the black tea and amount of spice. This is a wonderful tea on a cold day.

I tried this tea for the first time today and it's going to be a repeater in my tea line up (pots and pots of tea a day 😁). It's citrus forward in it's flavor but not overwhelming so, lots of depth in it's taste where the other elements peek through. It's good hot but it's going to be a fantastic ice tea.
