Black tea, sour cherries, freeze dried acerola cherries, freeze dried figs, freeze dried sour cherry pieces.
In one ounce of tea you get about 15-18, 8 oz cups of tea.
Water temperature full boil for 4 minutes.
For long term storage store in a tea tin or an air tight container.
